Concierge Service for the Whole Family 

Direct Physician Services works with families to provide urgent, primary, and preventative care for all ages.

Adult Concierge Service

All new concierge patients should receive a full physical exam and comprehensive lab work in addition to a review of medical history with general intake. Upon intake patients are required to create a secure email account for correspondence with the DPS office.

Patients are encouraged to at minimum have a biennial (every two years) history review with physical exam and basic routine lab work, ideally done in the birthday month.

  • A standing preventative schedule is provided as part of primary wellness care

  • Additional age-appropriate lab work and diagnostic studies are itemized as additional cost

Initial New Patient Exam: $525

Annual or Biennial Physical Exam: $425

Comprehensive Routine Bloodwork: $640

General Office Visit: $225

Tele-Health Visit: $325 (includes required follow up office visit)

All Emergency Office Visits after hours will incur a $100 additional charge

Extended Visits: billed @ $275/ hour

Home & Work Visits: Starting at $275/ hour

All new pediatric patients should receive a physical exam and a review of medical history with general intake. Anyone under the age of 18 is considered a pediatric patient.

Ages 0-17 Yearly Physical : $199 + age-appropriate bloodwork

*all lab work and studies are itemized as additional cost*
